Thrusts of KSSS
KSSS, over the years, empowers the poor, living in hard – to – reach areas and having no access to basic necessary services with creation of livelihood opportunities, community mobilization through group formation and organizations such as Self Help Groups, Joint Liability Groups, Community Based Organizations, and Farmers’ Organizations. We entrust our working pattern in the three-fold area – Disaster, Disability and Livelihood (DDL) – an inclusive aspect, where all people in the community get benefited and contribute towards a “Sustainable and Integrated Community Development”. Disaster covers all human as well as environmental threats; Disability covers all short term and long term physical and psychological impairment; Livelihood covers all concerns for income generation, thus integrated development.
